AiVANTA does not collect or own end-user data. All data processed through the IMPACT platform is supplied by the client and used solely for the purpose of enabling personalized video communication on the client's behalf.

AiVANTA acts as a data processor, and all processing activities are governed by the client's instructions, in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

1.2 Consent & Transparency

  • Offering tools for consent tracking and audit trails
  • Providing clear metadata labeling within each personalized communication
  • Enabling transparency in how and why data is used, via configurable content and disclosure settings

AiVANTA maintains rigorous data protection standards and adheres to leading international data privacy regulations, including:

  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU)
  • Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP - India)
  • California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA - USA)

Key security measures include:

  • End-to-end encryption of data in transit and at rest
  • Access control policies with role-based permissions
  • Regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and infrastructure monitoring
  • Region-specific data hosting options to support compliance requirements

AiVANTA does not use client or end-user data for any purpose beyond service delivery and does not engage in any form of data monetization or profiling beyond the client's instructions.

2. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

2.1 Client Ownership of Output

All AI-generated video content created via the IMPACT platform using client-provided data, scripts, branding, or assets shall remain the intellectual property of the client. This includes:

  • Final personalized videos delivered to end users
  • Audio-visual content derived from client-supplied or approved inputs
  • Custom messaging, logic, or creative provided by or developed under client instruction

AiVANTA will not use such content for any external purpose without prior consent, subject to the limited provisions outlined below.

2.2 AiVANTA Technology & Platform IP

All core technology, media automation infrastructure, proprietary algorithms, and standard templates within the IMPACT platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of AiVANTA. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these features as part of their service agreement, for the duration and scope defined in their contract.

2.3 Limited Use for Demonstration & Promotion

AiVANTA may, from time to time, request permission to:

  • Showcase anonymized or non-sensitive versions of client content as part of sales demos, marketing collateral, or platform showcases
  • Reference the client's use case or success metrics in proposals or case studies

Such use will:

  • Be subject to prior written approval by the client
  • Exclude any sensitive, confidential, or identifying data
  • Respect the spirit of partnership and the client's brand integrity

Clients may opt out of any such use at any time by notifying AiVANTA in writing.

2.4 Custom Development & Co-Creation

In cases where AiVANTA collaborates with a client on custom development (e.g., proprietary templates, visual styles, voice cloning, or personalized flows), ownership of the deliverables shall follow the terms mutually agreed in writing. Unless explicitly transferred:

  • AiVANTA retains ownership of core systems and reusable design frameworks
  • The client retains ownership of bespoke creative assets or business-specific logic created exclusively for their use

2.5 Third-Party Assets & Licensing

Clients are solely responsible for securing appropriate rights to any third-party content uploaded to or used within the IMPACT platform. AiVANTA assumes no liability for IP issues arising from client-supplied materials.

3. Platform Integration, Reliability & Service Commitments

3.1 Integration & Compatibility

AiVANTA's IMPACT platform is designed to integrate seamlessly with a wide range of third-party systems including CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics dashboards. Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate integration credentials and access
  • Ensuring their internal systems meet compatibility standards

AiVANTA will provide:

  • API documentation and integration support
  • Standardized SDKs and plug-and-play modules where applicable
  • Guidance during onboarding and deployment

Custom integrations beyond the standard offering may be scoped and delivered as part of a separate agreement.

3.2 Uptime & Performance

AiVANTA strives to deliver high availability and consistent performance across its IMPACT platform. Uptime targets and performance benchmarks will be defined as part of the individual client agreement or service level addendum (SLA), depending on the engagement level and deployment scale.

To support reliability and operational continuity, AiVANTA:

  • Hosts services on secure, cloud-native infrastructure with auto-scaling, redundancy, and failover mechanisms
  • Actively monitors platform health, rendering queues, and delivery metrics
  • Notifies clients of planned maintenance or downtime expected to exceed 30 minutes

AiVANTA is not liable for service disruptions arising from external dependencies (e.g., third-party APIs, infrastructure providers, internet outages, or client-side configurations).

3.3 Support & Issue Resolution

AiVANTA offers tiered support levels tailored to client size and needs. All clients will have access to:

  • Email and ticket-based support (business hours)
  • Platform documentation, FAQs, and onboarding resources

Enterprise clients may opt into enhanced SLAs that include:

  • Dedicated account manager or technical liaison
  • Priority response windows (e.g., <4 hours for critical issues)
  • Regular performance reviews and optimization support

3.4 Platform Updates & Backward Compatibility

AiVANTA continuously improves its platform through feature enhancements, security updates, and performance upgrades. While we strive for backward compatibility, some updates may require:

  • Adjustments to integration logic
  • Revalidation of content templates or rendering logic

Clients will be given prior notice of any changes that may affect their setup or performance.

3.5 Customization Scope & Limitations

While the IMPACT platform supports extensive customization, including templates, workflows, and personalization rules, some constraints may apply:

  • Certain platform elements are fixed to ensure scalability and performance
  • Highly specific business logic or niche use cases may require bespoke solutions delivered under a separate scope of work

AiVANTA will work collaboratively with clients to explore optimal paths — balancing flexibility with operational efficiency.
